The variety belongs to the late-maturing category. It possesses high yield and the ability to adapt to climate stress. In terms of plant protection, the variety shows resistance to wilt, but is susceptible to aphids, as well as downy and powdery mildew.

The alpha acid content in the cones is from 18% to 23%, and the concentration of essential oils reaches 4.0–5.0 ml per 100 g of product. The aromatic profile includes notes of mint, eucalyptus, pine, spices, as well as fruity and floral shades of pineapple, banana, and quince.

The hop is classified as a dual-purpose variety. Due to the high level of alpha acids, it is used to impart a pronounced bitterness to beer, and the intense menthol aroma makes it sought after for late and dry hopping when creating various beer styles, including IPA and lagers.
