The plant is a vigorously growing evergreen shrub with a height of 2.4 to 3.6 meters, sometimes reaching 4.8 meters. The bush has a compact or broad-pyramidal shape. The leaves are dark green, glossy, and lack prominent spines; the shoots have a purple hue.

The variety is a male clone and does not produce fruit. Flowering is prolonged, which ensures effective pollination of female Meserve holly varieties. The plant is characterized by resistance to Verticillium wilt and belongs to USDA hardiness zones 5–9.
