The variety has a tree with medium growth vigor and an upright crown type. The fruits are distinguished by specific spots resembling oil stains, which is why in the past the flesh was called vitreous.
It is considered a winter green apple variety, valued for its capacity for long-term storage and resistance to post-harvest pathologies. Genetically, it is a unique local cultivar, distinct from modern commercial varieties and the Api group of varieties.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
