Fruits are large, conical in shape with pronounced ribbing, reaching 60–80 mm. The ground color of the skin is yellow, almost completely covered with a bright red or crimson blush. The flesh is white, sometimes with a red tint under the skin, tender, medium-grained, with a slightly acidic and aromatic taste.

The tree is vigorous, characterized by high yield and winter hardiness, but is highly susceptible to diseases. Harvest maturity occurs in September; the fruits are prone to dropping and quickly become mealy during storage.

The variety is valued as a culinary one: it is suitable for making purees, baked goods, and jellies, as well as for the production of juice and cider.
