The tree has moderate vigor, reaching a height of 4 to 10 meters depending on conditions and rootstock. The variety is triploid, so it requires pollinator varieties for fruiting. The trees are winter-hardy, withstand temperatures down to -20°C...-30°C, prefer rich moist soils, and adapt well to cultivation in mountainous areas at altitudes up to 1200 meters. Resistance to scab is noted.

The fruits are late-maturing, harvesting takes place in October, and the consumption period lasts from November to March. The fruit shape is ribbed, the color is yellow with a red blush. The flesh is soft, aromatic, with a greenish tint and red veins under the skin. The taste is sweet with moderate acidity and a characteristic raspberry aroma. The variety is used as a dessert apple, for cooking, and for cider production.
