The tree is vigorous with a strong skeleton and a wide, dense crown. Fruits are medium to large in size, ranging from broadly round to conical, with a yellowish-green ground color and a diffused dark red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, white, with a fine-grained texture.

A winter variety with harvest in October and a consumption period from December to March. Fruits are resistant to dropping and mechanical damage. The variety is sensitive to fire blight; in damp conditions, it can be affected by scab and canker. Good yields require pollinators such as Goldparmäne or James Grieve.

Fruits are used fresh, as well as for processing into juices, jams, and cider production. The variety prefers warm regions with fertile soils, as flavor quality may decline in cold and wet conditions.
