The tree is medium-sized with a broad, spreading crown and dark cherry-colored shoots. The leaves are medium-sized, broad-ovate, light green with a yellowish hue, and have smooth margins. The fruits are medium-sized, round or flat-round, and often have slight ribbing. The skin is bright red, with the base green color almost completely covered by a blush. The flesh is white, juicy, and has a characteristic aroma.

The variety belongs to the autumn-winter maturity group, with fruits ripening in late September. The trees withstand frosts down to −34 °C, but are highly susceptible to scab and prone to biennial bearing. The fruits are versatile: suitable for fresh consumption, making juices, purees, cider, and for use in baking.
