The tree of this variety has vigorous growth and medium productivity. The variety was identified during studies of the regional apple genetic pool in Portugal, in particular, samples were recorded in the municipality of Vouzela.

The fruits have a flattened-globular shape and a greenish-white skin with red stripes and large lenticels. The flesh of the fruit is juicy, with a greenish hue, of medium density with a sweet-and-sour taste and a sugar content of about 12.8° Brix.
