The variety was obtained in the early 20th century in the Mül area near Aachen. Genetically, it is considered a seedling of the «Золотая пармена» variety; there have also been suggestions of its hybrid origin involving the «Яблоко Бисмарка» variety due to the early onset of fruiting.

The tree is characterized by weak growth, which is why the variety did not gain popularity in commercial fruit growing, but it is considered suitable for home gardens. The variety is characterized by high productivity and reliability, as well as frost resistance of the flowers.

The fruits are small or medium, conical in shape, slightly flattened at the base and the calyx. The surface is smooth and shiny, the coloration varies from pale pink-red to bright red with a marbled or striped pattern.
