The variety is an autumn one; fruits are ready for consumption in the period from September to December. Apples are of medium or large size, often having pronounced ribbing. The ground color of the fruit is yellow with a bright red overcolor; the flesh is distinguished by juiciness, a delicate spicy aroma, and a sweet-and-sour taste.

The tree vigor is determined by the rootstock: on vigorous rootstocks the height reaches 5–8 meters, on semi-dwarfing ones — 3–4 meters. The crown is characterized by a spreading nature of branch growth. The variety is suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary processing.
