The tree is vigorous, with an energetic growth habit. The variety is triploid, which results in low pollen quality, making it unable to serve as a pollinator for other apple trees and requiring the presence of third-party pollinator varieties to produce a harvest. Winter hardiness is moderate; the variety is sensitive to late spring frosts.

Fruits are large, often weighing over 200 g, round-conical or irregular in shape. A characteristic feature is the russeting of the yellow-green skin, sometimes with an orange-red blush. The firm and juicy flesh has a pronounced sweet-tart flavor and retains its structure during heat treatment.

Harvesting takes place from mid-September to October; consumer maturity of the fruits occurs in the period from December to April. The variety is relatively resistant to scab, but is susceptible to the risk of fire blight, core rot, and flesh browning during storage.
