The tree is characterized by high vigor, develops well on its own roots, and prefers a cool climate and moist soils. The variety is diploid and self-sterile, therefore it requires the presence of pollinator varieties.

The fruits are medium to large in size, round-conical in shape, and often asymmetrical and ribbed. The glossy skin turns yellow upon ripening, displaying an orange-red blush with stripes. The white, coarse-grained flesh is characterized by high juiciness and a flavor ranging from moderately sour to very sour.

The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, and cider production. In cold storage conditions, they can be stored for up to three months. The variety is adapted to cool conditions corresponding to hardiness zone 3.
