Fruits of the variety are large, weighing 180–225 g, and have greenish-yellow skin with a dark red blush and a light waxy bloom. The flesh is cream-colored, juicy, and aromatic; the ripening period falls between September 20 and September 30.
The tree is of moderate vigor, bears fruit regularly, mainly on one- and two-year-old wood. Under normal conditions, the harvest stores until the end of January. Low susceptibility to scab allows the variety to be used in organic gardening.
