The fruits belong to the crab apple type, have a medium size, round-flattened shape, and dark red-purple color. The flesh is colored pink or red, taste is sweet and sour. The variety matures in early September and is used both fresh and for culinary processing.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to scab and powdery mildew. It is used in landscape design, is suitable for cultivation in containers, and can serve as a pollinator for other columnar apple trees.
