The variety is a spontaneous spur-type mutation derived from Roter Boskoop. The plant is distinguished by low vigor, a slender columnar growth habit, and reaches a height of about 3 meters. Due to active growth of lateral shoots, the variety requires regular pruning to maintain its shape.
The medium to large fruits have a greenish-yellow color with a red blush. The flesh is firm, crisp, yellow in color; the taste is characterized as sour with a high sugar content. Consumer maturity occurs from October to December, and the storage period is up to 6 months.
The variety is characterized by high and regular fruiting and possesses sufficient winter hardiness. Due to its compactness, it is suitable for cultivation in containers, on trellises, or as a hedge.
