The variety is a spontaneous somatic mutation of «Старкинг Делишес». Trees have medium to below-medium vigor with characteristic shortened internodes; their height on seed rootstocks reaches 4–4.5 m, and on dwarfing ones — about 3 m. The crown shape changes from obovate in young age to broadly pyramidal or broom-like.
Fruits weighing 120–200 g have a round or conical shape. The skin is colored dark red with a purple hue and waxy bloom. The flesh is light yellow, juicy, crisp, with a sweet and sour taste. Harvest maturity occurs at the end of September — beginning of October.
The variety is self-infertile and requires pollinators such as «Голден Делишес», «Джонатан», «Айдаред» or «Гала». Trees are susceptible to scab, and their winter hardiness is estimated as medium or low. The fruits are suitable for long-term storage and fresh consumption.
