The tree reaches 6–7.5 meters in height and 4.5–6 meters in width, with a dense upright-oval crown. Leaves are simple, ovate, bright green in summer and turning yellow in autumn. Flowering occurs in spring; flowers are single, snow-white, and fragrant.
The variety is practically fruitless, which eliminates the appearance of dropped fruit. The plant requires sunny locations and well-drained soils; after establishment, it possesses drought tolerance and tolerates urban conditions.
The variety has high susceptibility to scab, as well as low to moderate susceptibility to fire blight and rust.
