The trees are medium-sized, with a compact crown that is easily trained, allowing the variety to be used for intensive plantings and small orchards. The variety is characterized by high and regular yields, with trees potentially beginning to bear fruit while still in the nursery. The plant possesses very high winter hardiness, making it suitable for cultivation in cold and foothill regions.
The fruits are medium to large in size, spherical or obtuse-conical in shape. The skin is green, almost entirely covered with a brick-red hue, and becomes oily upon ripening. The flesh is yellowish-green, granular, crisp, and juicy, with a sweet-sour taste and spicy notes. The fruits are versatile in use and suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and processing.
Harvesting is carried out in the first half of October; consumer maturity occurs from November to February or March. The variety is demanding regarding soil fertility, moisture levels, and nutrients.
