ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The fruits are small in size, spindle-shaped, and slightly asymmetrical with a rounded apex and no protruding tip. The skin is shiny, often with small lenticels, and the color changes from green or yellow-green to brownish-black as it ripens. The flesh is oily and difficult to separate from the pit.
The variety is adapted to cultivation on terraces in mountainous conditions with limited moisture. The oil obtained from the fruits is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, and the olives themselves have a bitter taste due to the high polyphenol content.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
