The plant is a multi-stemmed bush up to 3 meters tall with a rounded crown that becomes spreading with age. Fruiting occurs primarily on annual growth; the variety enters production in the 2–4th year of life.
Fruits are flat-rounded in shape, weighing up to 4.5 g, with dark red skin and fibrous, juicy flesh with a pleasant sweet-sour taste. Fruit ripening occurs in mid-July and is uneven. The variety is self-sterile and requires pollinator varieties to produce a crop.
