The variety forms a tree of medium vigor with an open crown, convenient for maintenance. Fruits weighing 35–45 g have an oblong-oval shape. Upon full ripening, the skin is colored dark blue or purple and is covered with a light blue waxy bloom. The flesh is firm, aromatic, and has a good taste.
The variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group; the harvest is picked in mid-August, approximately 18 days after the beginning of the ripening process. The fruits possess good keeping quality and transportability. The variety is partially self-fertile; for stable yields, pollinators «Hanita», «Katinka» or «Haroma» are recommended.
The tree shows high resistance to Plum pox virus, remaining practically asymptomatic, as well as resistance of flowers to spring frosts. Due to these qualities, the variety is suitable for cultivation without intensive chemical protection.
