The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Žagarvyšnė and Podbielska. The tree is short, has a rounded crown of medium density with drooping branches. It enters the bearing stage in the third year after planting.
The fruits are large, weighing 4–5 g, rounded in shape and dark red in color. The flesh is juicy, sweet and sour with a pronounced aroma. The stone separates easily, the peduncle separates well. The fruits are for universal use, transportable.
The variety is winter-hardy and resistant to flower buds during spring frosts. It shows resistance to Monilinia and moderate resistance to Coccomyces. The variety is demanding of soil quality and planting site.
