The variety forms a vigorous tree with a spherical or wide-spreading crown, reaching a height of 4–6 meters. The plant is characterized by good winter hardiness and resistance to Plum pox virus.
The medium-sized fruits have an oval-ovate shape, dark blue color with a bloom, and yellow-green juicy flesh with a sweet-sour taste. The stone separates well. The variety is versatile in use, including fresh consumption, processing, and the production of alcoholic beverages.
The ripening period occurs in the second half of August. In most publications, the variety is described as self-fertile; its suitability as a pollinator for other plum varieties is also noted.
