The tree has good vigor and a pyramidal crown. The variety adapts successfully to various types of training, including espalier forms, and demonstrates excellent compatibility when grafted onto quince. The plant is characterized by high resistance to scab on fruits, leaves, and wood.
The fruits are medium-sized and covered with a thick greenish-yellow skin with a bronze bloom. The consumption period falls in October–January. The flesh near the core can be coarse, so the variety is more often used for culinary processing; however, with proper storage, the fruits become juicy and are suitable for fresh consumption.
