The variety was discovered in Nantes at the end of the 19th century and belongs to the category of antique varieties propagated by seedlings. The fruits are medium-sized and have a blunt-conical or turban-like shape, widening towards the apex. The fruit skin is yellow.
The flesh is white, tender, juicy, with a pronounced sweet taste and aroma. The ripening period of the fruits falls between September and October. The variety is a rare collection material and is not widely distributed in modern gardening.
