The variety belongs to autumn ripening periods. Medium-sized fruits have a pear-shaped or barrel-shaped form, covered with shiny, oily, yellow-green skin. The fruit flesh is tender, juicy, with a sweet-sour taste and spicy aroma.

Trees possess high wood frost resistance and are suitable for cultivation at altitudes up to 350 meters above sea level. The variety is of universal use, suitable for fresh consumption and for various types of processing, including the preparation of compotes and juices.

The variety is known under the synonyms Berré Coloma, Coloma's Herbstbutterbirne, Poire des Urbanistes and Kolomaova máslovka. Suitable for planting in small gardens.
