The tree is weakly to moderately vigorous with a broad-pyramidal, sparse crown. It enters into fruiting 3–5 years after planting. The variety is partially self-fertile; for stable yields, pollinators such as Conference or Williams are required.

Fruits ripen from late July to the end of August, having a weight from 120 to 200 g (sometimes up to 330 g). The shape is pyriform, the skin is yellow, a pink blush is possible. The flesh is creamy, juicy, tender, with a buttery consistency.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness, but is sensitive to late spring frosts. It is resistant to scab and requires prevention of fire blight. The fruits are not suitable for long-term storage and are used primarily fresh.
