Fruits are large, with a weight of 150–200 g, height of 90–95 mm, and diameter of 76–82 mm. Fruit shape varies from ovate-pyriform to conical-ovate, and the surface is often uneven. Harvesting is carried out in late September – early October.

The variety is self-incompatible; pollinator varieties are required for fruit set. Trees are sensitive to winter cold, demanding of irrigation, and require planting in sunny, wind-protected areas. Very high susceptibility to fire blight is noted.
