The fruits of this variety are distinguished by their very large size, reaching a weight of 800 grams to 1.3 kilograms. The shape is obovate-pyriform, the skin is green with a brown blush, turning yellow with a bright red hue during storage. The flesh is firm and of low taste quality when raw, resembling quince when boiled or baked.
The tree is characterized as vigorous, powerful and hardy, with a spreading crown. The variety is distinguished by high yield, however, due to the large weight, the fruits are prone to dropping before reaching technical maturity. Harvesting is recommended to be carried out as late as possible; the fruits require special storage conditions.
