The tree is characterized as medium-sized with a dense or semi-open pyramidal crown. The fruits are large, weighing about 200–250 g, and have a round-flattened or broad-pear shape. The skin is thin, greenish-yellow, often with a reddish-pink blush and small russet dots.

The variety is classified as late autumn; fruits ripen in mid-to-late October, reaching consumer maturity in November. The flesh is white, very juicy, buttery and melting, with a harmonious sweet-and-sour taste and a strong aroma.

The plant possesses good resistance to scab and average winter hardiness. The variety is self-incompatible and requires pollinator varieties. Fruits are weakly attached to the branches, therefore sites protected from the wind are recommended for planting.
