The variety is industrial and used for the preparation of juice, cider, liqueurs, and distillates. Fruit harvest maturity occurs in mid-to-late September; the shelf life is about 2–3 weeks. Fruits are small to medium, weighing 50–95 g, have a flat-round or pear-shaped form and yellow-green color, sometimes with an orange hue. The flesh is juicy, sweet, with slight astringency.

The tree reaches a height of 3 to 7 meters, forming a dense crown with an upright growth habit. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness (down to -30°C) and low requirements for growing conditions. The variety shows high sensitivity to fire blight (Erwinia amylovora).
