The tree is characterized by medium vigor and enters the fruiting period quickly. The variety is widely distributed in Europe and America, is used in breeding work and as a pollinator, and also serves as an indicator for certain viral diseases.
Fruits are large, bell-shaped and asymmetrical. The skin is greenish-yellow, covered with a characteristic russeting. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy and sweet. The produce is sensitive to mechanical damage during transport.
