The tree is characterized by moderate growth, early flowering, and good winter hardiness. The fruits have a blunt-conical, often asymmetrical shape and reach a mass of 220–300 grams. Their skin is yellow-green, turning golden-yellow upon ripening, often with russeting around the stalk.

Harvesting takes place at the end of September — October; the fruits are suitable for consumption from November to February. The flesh is yellowish-white, melting, juicy, with a spicy, sourish taste. The variety is demanding regarding soil fertility and site lighting, and also has high susceptibility to fire blight.
