The variety is a summer type; fruits ripen in the period from mid-August to mid-September. Trees are characterized by very strong growth and form a dense, spreading crown with drooping branches. The variety is partially self-fertile; to improve yields, the pollinators Clapp's Favorite, Arabitka, and Beurré Diel are recommended.
Fruits have a broad-pyriform or elongated-ovate shape and are colored lemon-yellow or straw-yellow, often with an orange-brown blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, sweet, and aromatic, but quickly becomes mealy when overripe. Due to a short shelf life (a few days), the variety is suitable primarily for fresh consumption and processing.
The variety is sensitive to scab and demanding regarding soil moisture levels. In dry areas, fruits significantly lose their juiciness.
