The «Ноябрьская» pear of Far Eastern origin was obtained by crossing Pyrus ussuriensis with the Dekanka Zimnyaya variety. It belongs to early autumn varieties and is most widespread in the Far Eastern region.

The «Ноябрьская» pear of Moldovan origin, also known as «Ксена», was obtained by crossing the Triumph de Vienne and Nikolay Kryuger varieties. It is a winter variety with fruits suitable for long-term storage until spring.

The tree of the winter variety «Ксена» is medium-sized, with a pyramidal spreading crown, and is characterized by precocity and high yield. The variety is distinguished by good keeping quality, transportability, and compatibility with quince rootstocks.
