CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The fruits are medium to large in size and have a strongly elongated pear shape. The skin is yellow-green, with a characteristic stripe from the peduncle to the calyx. The flesh of the fruit is yellowish-white, of semi-firm consistency, with a weak flavor. The harvest matures at the end of September, is suitable for storage from October to February, and is distinguished by good transportability.
The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and enters fruit-bearing at a middle age. The variety shows good adaptability to environmental conditions and compatibility with quince rootstock. Studies note moderate resistance of the variety to fire blight, which is of interest for breeding work.
