The tree is medium-sized, enters the fruit-bearing period early, and demonstrates regular yield. The variety is prone to partial parthenocarpy and is characterized by poor compatibility with quince rootstock.

The fruits belong to the dessert group. The variety is sensitive to chlorosis, moderately susceptible to scab and pear psylla, and possesses high susceptibility to fire blight.
