The tree is medium-sized, entering fruit-bearing in the fifth year after planting. The variety is partially self-fertile and is distinguished by high and annual yields. It possesses sufficient winter hardiness, withstanding temperature drops down to –30 °C.

Fruits are large and very large, weighing from 200 to 600 g, having a pear-shaped or short-pear shape. The flesh is cream-colored, buttery, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste and a rose aroma. Harvest maturity occurs at the end of September — beginning of October.

The variety possesses high resistance to scab and leaf scald. Fruits are characterized by good transportability and a long storage period, during which they are practically unaffected by diseases.
