The variety is the result of crossing «Сен-Жермен» and «Кюре» varieties. It belongs to the group of winter varieties: harvest maturity occurs at the end of October, and the consumption period lasts from December to January.

The tree possesses high vigor, good winter hardiness down to -25°C, and high regular productivity. The variety is often described as self-fertile, although it may require pollinators or serve as a pollinator for other varieties.

The fruits are quite large, elongated in shape, with greenish skin and russeting. The flesh is white, juicy, sweet, with a melting consistency and a slight spicy note. The variety is characterized by good keeping quality of the fruits.
