The tree is vigorous with an upright crown. It is a late-winter variety; harvesting is carried out in mid-October, with consumer maturity occurring from December to March-April. The plant is self-sterile and requires the selection of pollinator varieties.
The fruits are spherical or short-pear-shaped, weighing 220–400 g. The skin is golden-yellow, sometimes with a blush and russet spots. The flesh is whitish, tender, melting, buttery, and juicy, possessing a sweet taste with a pleasant acidity and astringency.
The variety is resistant to fruit drop and possesses high resistance to scab. It tolerates transport well; however, it is demanding regarding soil and climatic conditions, in particular, requiring a sufficient amount of heat.
