The fruits have a pear shape and reach a weight of 100–120 g. The skin is white-green with brown spots, the flesh is pale yellow, juicy, and aromatic. The variety is intended for table use in commercial and amateur gardening.

The plant requires warm and fertile soils for cultivation. The variety is characterized by susceptibility to fire blight, scab, and infestation by the pear psyllid. Data on compatibility with quince is contradictory, so the use of an interstock is often recommended.
