CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and high yield; the shape of the crown depends on the rootstock used, including the possibility of forming pyramidal or espalier trees. The variety has increased requirements for growing conditions, preferring a warm climate and light calcareous soils.
The fruits reach consumer maturity in the period from December to March. The skin is smooth, acquiring a yellow hue upon ripening, sometimes with a light blush. In agronomy, a certain susceptibility of the plant to scab and fire blight is noted.
