The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a large, broad crown. The variety is considered undemanding, winter-hardy, and resistant to major diseases and pests; however, due to early flowering, there is a risk of flower damage from spring frosts. The crop has no special soil requirements and grows on most soil types.
The fruits are small or medium-sized, weighing 50–70 g, with an egg-shaped or elliptical form. The skin is green, turning bronze-green or cinnamon-brown with gray dots upon ripening. The flesh is matte white, juicy, and melting, with a characteristic spicy aroma and a sweet-and-sour taste. Consumption maturity is reached in mid-September, with the fruits having a short shelf life and overripening quickly.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption and is also suitable for various types of processing, including drying and the preparation of compotes and mousses.
