The fruits of the variety acquire a golden color upon ripening, having an initial green color with a light red blush. The variety ripens approximately 15 days before the variety «Хайланд». For cultivation, the use of BA29-C rootstock with a planting distance of 120 × 350 cm is recommended; the yield is about 5 tons per desyatina.
The plant possesses high tolerance to fire blight, resistance to scab, septoria leaf spot, late blight, root rot and nematodes, as well as the pear psylla. Due to its disease resistance, the variety is suitable for organic production. The varieties Coscia, Crystalli, and Williams are recommended as pollinators.
