The variety is a dense shrub, reaching a height of 120–150 cm in ten years. The plant's pedigree includes a cross between Rhododendron 'Graf Lennart' and Rhododendron irroratum 'Polka Dot'.

Flowering begins early, in April. The buds have a pink hue, and the opening flowers are cream-white with pink edges and reddish speckles. The plant possesses moderate winter hardiness and is suitable for ornamental use.
