Deciduous fast-growing shrub with a rounded crown, reaching a height of 2.5 m and a width of 2.8 m in 20 years. Leaves are green, elliptical, up to 12 cm long and up to 4 cm wide, with wavy margins.
Flowers are tubular-funnel-shaped, about 5.5 cm in diameter, gathered in inflorescences of 11 pieces. Color is white with a delicate pink tint and yellowish speckles on the upper petal. Flowering occurs in June.
The variety is completely winter hardy. Cultivation requires sunny sites, moist, acidic, humus-rich and well-drained soil.
