The variety was obtained as a result of hybridization of the varieties «Novost' Prikarpat'ja» and the hybrid form C-106. The bushes are vigorous, semi-spreading, reaching 1.5–2.0 meters in height. The shoots are straight and strong, suitable for mechanized harvesting.
The berries are black, glossy, round or oval-round in shape, weighing from 1.7 to 4.5 grams, with a sweet and sour taste. They have dry abscission, firm skin, and high transportability; they do not drop for a long time upon ripening.
The variety is characterized by high self-fertility and stable yield, averaging about 6 kg per bush. Resistant to powdery mildew, anthracnose, septoria leaf spot, columnar rust, bud mite, and leaf midge.
