The variety belongs to the soft grain category and is characterized by soft dough. In comparative studies, the baking quality of this variety was rated as relatively low in comparison with modern industrial soft wheat varieties.
During agronomic trials in Austria in 1999, the variety showed a yield of 6034 kg/ha. The grain of the variety was also analyzed for starch content and glycemic index in processed products.
