The variety is a tall plant reaching 170 cm or more, and belongs to the early-maturing group. It is characterized by good natural resistance to diseases and pests, which allows it to be grown under organic farming conditions with relatively low yield.

The grain has an amber-yellow color and contains from 12% to 18% protein, and is also rich in selenium, beta-carotene, and vitamin E. Due to the balanced ratio of starch and gluten, the variety is traditionally used for the production of high-quality flour and pasta with a nutty taste.
