Saragolla rossa del Sannio is an autochthonous durum wheat ecotype originating from the Italian region of Campania. This variety is officially recognized as a conservation variety and is included in the national register of genetic resources at risk of extinction.

Work on the study and conservation of the variety is being carried out as part of the regional project POIGA. Detailed agronomic characteristics, including productivity indicators, morphological parameters, and disease resistance, are currently absent in open publications.
